Head Coach

Job Description : Head Coach

We are seeking enthusiastic and coachable college students to join our team as coaches for our upcoming 2024 Summer Camp Program. As a coach, you will lead and instruct a group of campers in various sports and activities. You will work closely with other coaches and camp staff to ensure that all campers have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Train to be the BEST coach, leader, and mentor! Receive first aid certification; experience working with kids is a plus. Might have knowledge in Martial Arts, a Variety of Sports, Arts & Crafts, Dance, Games, and MORE!

Minimum 18 years of age

Head Coach Responsibilities

Lead and instruct campers in a variety of sports and activities
Work collaboratively with other coaches and camp staff to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
Provide constructive feedback and support to campers to help them improve their skills and confidence
Act as a positive role model for campers by demonstrating sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
Attend staff meetings and training as required

CIT

Job Description : Coach in Traininng (CIT)

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible high school students with a background in sports to join our team as aCIT for our upcoming 2024 Summer Camp Program. As a CIT, you will work closely with the Head Coaches to support leading and instructing campers in various sports and activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and well-maintained and for bringing a positive, enthusiastic attitude to each day of camp.

Minimum 16 years of age

CIT Responsibilities

Assist head coaches in leading and instructing campers in various sports and activities.
Help set up and clean up equipment and facilities before and after each activity.
Ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained throughout the day
Act as a positive role model for campers by demonstrating sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude to each day of camp
